Our Mission Statement
Get in the game, both on the court and in life
The Federazione Sammarinese Sport Speciali is dedicated to promoting Sport as a universal right and a powerful tool for inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities since 1984. Every day, we aim to overcome barriers and tackle the social exclusion of people with disabilities by creating a welcoming environment that unites Athletes of all ages and abilities.
Our commitment can be seen in the brave expressions of our Athletes and in the 15 sports we passionately follow, but there is much more than a medal to be won in what we do. For us at F.S.S.S., the work is not a burden; we are never tired of soliciting the help of everyone to ensure that smiles light up the faces of our special friends. All competitions in which our Special Athletes participate are major sports compet itions and exciting, joyful and satisfying moments, both from a personal and social standpoint.
